How to Register for Services
For those interested in finding out if they can receive assistance from the CAC, below we’ve included the qualifications that must be met in order to be eligible participants in our programs. We take into consideration income and residency when determining eligibility. Also, we provide the opportunity to renew registration as needed.
Qualifications
The CAC has just two requirements for household registration: income and residency. Applicants for service supply current proof of:
* A local address within the Northfield school district, including Northfield, Castle Rock, Dennison, Dundas, and Webster;
* Monthly household income within CAC guidelines.

Applicants complete a registration form and use payroll check stubs, bank statements, income tax forms, leases, recently delivered mail, and award letters from county or federal agencies to establish income and current local address.
Renewal
Registration is typically valid for six months. Senior citizens (age 60 and over) and people with disabilities renew registration just once a year. The renewal process requires households to submit current proofs of income and residency and, at least annually, to update CAC records of family composition.
